Unique story and excellent acting from all the actors. Hyun Bin is such a great actor and HJW never fails to deliver. This is one of those dramas where you will come to love the second couple as much as the main couple.
There is never a dull moment in this drama. And who can forget the foam kiss, that catchy track suit, or that ridiculously cute ringtone (I still use it on my phone)?
I would definitely recommend this drama.

Based on the Japanese manga, Itazura na Kiss a.k.a. It Started With A Kiss, starring Kim Hyun Joong (Boys Over Flower) and Jung So Min (Bad Guy). A girl, JSM, and her father loses their home after a sudden earthquake and moves into KHJ’s home. Thereafter, the relationship between KHJ and JSM develops into love.

If you have seen any other versions of It Started With A Kiss, you’ll know the storyline is brilliant; however, I would have to say the acting is mediocre at best in this version. To be frank, KHJ did not perform as well as I would have liked. Although I understand there were a lot of filming overnight, it really takes the joy out of watching the drama when the main lead looks like he just wants to take a nap all the time. You can really see the bags under his eyes after a few episodes.
However, the storyline is not stretched out and there is never a “boring” episode. If you are looking for a relaxing romcom, this would not be a bad choice. The story was very well developed and you can really see the chemistry between KHJ and JSM.
Playing FFIX again~ Hopefully the storyline becomes more clear now that I can finally see/understand the conversations.
